Measure the alignment dowel: 19.9-20mm means a 20mm head, 17.9-18mm means an 18mm head. You can also check the casting number - 1855613C1 and 1843351C2 are the 20mm castings - or the build date, as trucks built on or after January 12, 2006 used 20mm dowels.
Q: How many do I need?
A complete engine takes 2 cylinder heads. Order 2 for a full set, or 1 for a single bank.
