Measure the alignment dowel: 17.9-18mm means an 18mm head, 19.9-20mm means a 20mm head. You can also check the casting number - 1843080C1 through C4 is the 18mm casting - or the build date, as trucks built before January 12, 2006 used 18mm dowels.
Q: How many do I need?
A complete engine takes 2 cylinder heads, one for each bank. One casting fits the left or right side, so order 2 for a full set or 1 for a single bank.
